Apple Ice Wine Åkerö - 2013

We harvest the aromatic Åkerö apples in winter when temperature drops to minus 10 degrees °C. The apples are pressed and the ultra sweet syrup is gently fermented in low temperature for 7 or 8 months. The wine develop a typical aroma of dried fruit, apple pie, pungent apple cellar and dried figs. A most wonderful wine with cheese, fruit desserts of cold desserts.
