In April 2005, we opened Blaxsta Restaurant Kung Blacke. A small charming countryside restaurant for gastronomic experiences. The restaurant is a renovated 1700-century building with 11 associated exclusive double and a grand weddingsuite. Our facility is iducted by French Gastronomical Academy Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs.
All rooms have lakeview, en suite shower/toilet, broadband access, etc.. The dining room is comfortable and has room for 36 guests. We create a new menu for each event and we specialize in local and fresh seasonal primeurs. In addition to our homegrown vegetables and herbs, we also breed organic freerange lambs, ducks and chickens. You are served a newly composed 7-course tastemeny carefully selected wines for each dish. Please contact us for further information about the restaurant. We also have two conference rooms (fylly equiped) with lakeview in a soothing and tranquil design. Yes, simply a perfect working environment.
After work, you can relax by the fire in our lounge while waiting for dinner or visit the winery and enjoy some of the farm specialties. .Visit, eat and confer at the only vineyard in Sweden is a wonderful experience.
Information
Groups are welcome for wine tasting, guided winetours or wine-seminars. Time for activity as desired, but usually 2 - 4 hours when buffé is selected. This allow for your many questions and to enjoy all the impressions.
We can arrange your visit, customdesiged events, booking of golf (Norrtorps Golf Course 5 km away), hunting, fishing, etc. or other activities as desired. Overall, it is a 'feel-good' concept where the whole of your stay will give an injection of stimulus, energy and the body & soul will feel good.
