Getting to Blacksta summer bistro Kung Blacke is an adventure. You drive thru the rolling countryside, among ancient monuments and vineyards, in order to arrive at the restaurant, hotel, wine cellar and winery. The lake glitters, sheep bleats, ducks and chickens chuckles and in the middle of this food from locally produced fine ingredients and specialties of the farm is served. High classic cuisine meets this southern and Sormland tastes. The fresh vegetables decide what is to be served for the day. Daytime a few dishes are served and in the evening a constantly newly composed five-course menu is served. Own produced wines on the wine list, including their award winning Vidal Icewine. The restaurant is celebrating ten years and is now always crowded so make reservations. It is open year round for orders.
